EAHK Social - Dinner & Discussion at Treehouse, Central

Join us for EAHK social dinner in Central on Friday (28 Apr)! 

Treehouse offers a relaxed, casual space for a great chat and tasty plant-based food. 

You can join us anytime between 6:45pm to 9:00pm as Treehouse is a self-served eatery.   

At 8pm, we will hold a session in small groups to explore possible ways Hong Kong can help improve the welfare of people living in extreme poverty. We will start with a brief introduction of the work that 'Generocity' aims to do, and invite you to provide feedback and discuss possible solutions. 

"Generocity is a social interest group that advocates increased official development assistance (ODA) from Hong Kong. With huge fiscal reserves, we believe the HKSAR government can and should pursue the goal of improving the welfare of developing countries by providing more ODA. Mechanisms for doing so might include a rise in the current emergency disaster relief funding or contributing to effective long-term health and anti-poverty programs."
